Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping under this policy.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for every order delivered within the United States. No minimum order value is required for this free-shipping rule.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and United States public holidays.

Transit time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 4–6 business days. Processing and transit are separate periods. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public emergencies, or an incorrect delivery address can affect the estimate.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when the order ships. Please allow the carrier a short period to activate a newly issued tracking number.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We can update the address only before the order enters shipment processing. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, the resolution is governed by our Refund Policy. We pay approved return shipping and provide a free return label.
